The key belief in tenant participation is that the ideas, actions and beliefs of local communities are vital to decision making processes and should be central to assist developing housing & related services. NLF is the umbrella organisation that aims to strengthen and unify the voice of local resident groups.

The Tenants' and Residents' Participation Project was set up in partnership with the Coatbridge Federation of Tenant and Resident Associations, North Lanarkshire Council and the Tenants Information Service. Our aim is to further develop tenant involvement in housing and related issues across the whole of North Lanarkshire.
