Current consultations
In-kind support survey - Recently closed
We have been recently seeking views of tenants groups regarding support given to them by the Council's First Stop Shops and Neighbourhood offices. We are doing this to see if there is any variation in the standard of service across North Lanarkshire and the requirement to develop a service standard with the Council. By in-kind support we include things such as photocopying, booking venues, posters and leaflets etc.
Thank you to everyone who responded to our survey. we are in the process of analysing the information and will feedback information to you shortly.
