Are there variations in the in-kind support tenants groups get from the council?

North Lanarkshire is a large geographic area with about sixty five tenant groups operating throughout it. Throughout this area there are eleven council First Stop Shops and five neighbourhood offices.
We are currently consulting with tenant groups to find out what level of in-kind support they have received from their area office. By in-kind support we mean the extra things groups may get in addition to funding. This might include being given free photocopying, help with making flyers, assistance with getting a venue for meetings, or being given good information and advice etc. To do this we have sent out a questionnaire to all tenants groups and asked for replies to be received by 27th August.
